Dimension-X
The DIMENSION-X is an optical measuring system for bigger dimensions objects. Typically it is ideal for measuring flat objects such as sheet metal, punched or milled metals. The XY table of the system moves automatically while the high resolution camera scans the object. Then the user sets contour points and makes dimensional measurements between edges, circles angles and curves.
Dimension-X - Basic Features
The user interface is well designed, easy to use and intuitive. There are different optional bi-telecentric lenses for the system. Depends on the optics the mesurement accuracy varies between 0.01-0.002 mm.User can export the measurement results to Excel sheet. Also with a click a measurement report can be generated.
