SANXO – Diffuse flat lightsource

The new SAN-20W diffuse flat white light source provides many outstanding features for the SANXO-Scope HD digital microscope family. Its enclosure is made of powder coated aluminum. There are 170 LEDs providing very strong and evenly distributed light for the digital microscope at 6500K. The light source is dimmable with the knob on the right side of the enclosure. Its ergonomic design enables the user to adjust the angle of the light source. It is featured with extra movable side which has a reflective surface. Using this reflective plate the illumination will be more even and the user can reduce the shadows, so eventually the camera image will be better.

Strong, dimmable, evenly distributed light

The new SAN-20W white light source provides many outstanding features for the SANXO-Scope HD digital microscope family. Its enclosure is made of powder coated aluminum. There are 170 LEDs providing very strong and evenly distributed light for the digital microscope at 6500K. The light source is dimmable with the knob on the right side of the enclosure. Its ergonomic design enables the user to adjust the angle of the light source. It is featured with extra movable side which has a reflective surface. Using this reflective plate the illumination will be more even and the user can reduce the shadows, so eventually the camera image will be better.

The size of the lightsource without the holding bar and reflection plate is: 228X117mm. The usefull area is 210X82mm. The movable reflective plate can be moved and placed at the back of the light source enclosure. There are two knobs the user can tighten and fix the position of the reflective plate against the light source enclosure. The reflective plate can be removed from the light-source enclosure and it can be remounted again.

The SAN-20W should be used with 700mA current generator power supply. It uses 20W@700mA power which is 75% of the maximum current consumption. But the illumination capacity provided is 90-95% of the maximum therefore it ensures a very long lifetime.

Standards and Directives

The SAN-20W is manufactured using the latest qualified LED technology. It fulfills the corresponding standards and directives for CE and RoHS marks. SANXO provides 2 years warranty for all SAN-20W light sources.
